Great location with numerous dining options nearby, easy access to public transportation. Spacious, well-maintained rooms with nice amenities and complimentary minibar. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice hotel ambience. Beautifully furnished and comfortable beds with large, state of the art bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and interested in us as individual customers - nothing was a problem. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a quirky, individual style. The atmosphere is laid back - we loved the bistro where we ate in the evening as well as at breakfast. The location is lovely - we explored all the little streets and hidden passages in the area which looked beautiful with the spring blossom in full bloom. we hired bikes nearby which was a great way to explore Hyde Park.

Great location near a tube stop. Superior room was quiet and had a nice breakfast included with a variety of hot dishes to choose from.

The rooms were a bit hot and difficult to cool down. The refrigerator in the room was not working for storing food.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the Earl's Court underground station on the Piccadilly line, making it convenient to travel directly from Heathrow. It was also close to the MTR and situated in a quiet residential area, yet still within walking distance to the vibrant Earls Court area. The hotel facilities were great, with beautifully appointed and spacious rooms that had a fresh design. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I loved the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed with a choice of duvet thickness to the full-size, high-quality toiletries provided.

I was kinda surprised by the comfortable and spacious room at Hotel Indigo Kensington. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Earls Court tube station, making it convenient to explore London. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided a complimentary smart phone and daily restocking of beverages and snacks. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent breakfast experience.

I did find the lack of towel racks in the bathroom to be a bit inconvenient. The hotel encourages towel reuse to save water, but with only one towel rack, it was difficult for them to dry properly.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Earl's Court Tube station, making it easy to explore the city. there are restaurants and pubs nearby, providing plenty of dining options for guests. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furniture and vibrant colors. The bathroom had an excellent shower and high-quality amenities.

The lack of warning about issues with the air-conditioning was a letdown.

The staff were accommodating when our room had issues with noisy AC. They moved us to a better room, comfortable and had a good breakfast. we would recommend Hotel Indigo.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue. The location is great, situated on a quiet street opposite gardens, and being just a one-minute walk to Earl's Court station was a real convenience. The room was clean and had great amenities, including an electric kettle, air conditioning, and soundproofing. The staff were all from the Netherlands and were incredibly nice and accommodating to our needs. We had room service multiple times during our stay, and the food was delicious. The room itself was spacious with a flat-screen TV and comfortable bed. it was the best service we've had in this city.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
